Remove your number

You may remove (deregister) a number/s from the Do Not Call Register if you are the account holder, a nominee of the relevant account holder, or if you are authorised to do so for an organisation.

Account holders may deregister a number/s by calling 1300 792 958 or by submitting the completed form via the methods outlined below.

Requests from nominees or authorised persons to deregister a number must be made by returning the completed form via:

• fax on 1300 793 514
• post to PO Box 13206, Law Courts Melbourne, VIC 8010.
